Hi guys,

have some fry that is going to start feeding soonish, was wondering if they can go straight onto flakes that is like mashed up (grounded) to near powder or do i REALLY have to get like micro worms or bbs?

Pics shows where they are at the moment, not bad for  spawn of C.moorii aye 😄

Hey Frosty

I like to give my fry a variety of foods to make sure they are getting everything they need. I give baby brine, microworms, frozen rotifers and crushed pellets. I alternative what I give every feed.

I never have trouble raising Malawi fry on crushed flake and crushed pellet.  Tiny fry benefit from bbs in particular
