jcsongei Posted August 26, 2015 Share Posted August 26, 2015 To reduce noise from the weir it depends what is causing the issue. I read somewhere the optimal drop would be around 6 inches. If there is too thick of a wall of water then consider another weir or a longer one. You could introduce a ramp of some sort for the water to go down too rather than have it breach and fall, but a large weir for the volume of water going over it will behave like a ramp already.
