TimB
Hey All!I recently bought a new 4ft tank (around 160l) and am looking into the Aquaone Nautilis 1400 as an external canister.Does anyone currently run Nautilis/What are your thoughts and experiences with the Nautilis. Many thanks,Tim
rennie_08
Hi tim!I currently have 3 nautilus 2700's running on my two tanks, they are all plumbed into the tanks so you can't see the pipe work. Touch wood they haven't missed a beat and they are dead quiet. I have two on a 6x2x2 and one on a 3x2x2. For the size they are they have a pretty low wattage so power consumption isn't a drama.. TimB
Thanks rennie. Other forums have also expressed how quiet they are. Yeah, the wattage also looks good.
Ducksta
I haven't used one but if I was in the market for a new canister it would be top of my list, after recommendations and reviews from several directions (all highly respected by me at least :-D )

curviceps
Am using a 1400 at the moment (was on special at Lam's) - impressions - nice and quiet, U pipes fitted very well over the top of the tank, compared to my previous Eheim ones. Modded with a surface skimmer in parallel with the filter's own intake. Overall happy with it so far (after one week of operation).
