aquarium safe gloves?

Just wondering what type of gloves are suitable for placing inside aquariums?

My water has dried my fingers and caused my skin to crack from the constant placing of my fingers inside the aquarium when I feed my fish.

Any recommendations?

Thanks

Dan

Don't place your hands/fingers in the water that will fix it.

I am guessing that the gloves doctors use would do it, but some do have a powder coating on them to stop them sticking.

I had shoulder length gloves for pulling calves but I don't think you can walk into your chemist and ask for them.

Depending how bad your hands are I would suggest waterproof band aids.

only reason I have to place my fingers in the water is that I feed NLS 1mm pellets. I have weir's in all my tanks. If I dont submerge the pellets underwater first, they float down the weir and into the sump.

you can soak the pellets in a small container (or alike) with a bit of tank water for a few minutes and once the pellets have sank in the container, pour as much as you would like into the tank.

MAKE SURE YOU WASH THE CONTAINER BEFORE FILLING IT UP WITH TANK WATER!!

You don't want toxins getting into the tank.
