sicj
no place in sydney metro but heaps in qld and melbourne lol
Ducksta
Quarantining any new arrivals would definitely be required. On the plus side, given you live in the climate you are taking them from you could just quarantine in big plastic containers. Topogigio
Those feral trimacs in QLD, are they the real deal (and not flowerhorns?) I have been looking for true trimacs in Melbourne for ages.
AUSCichlidBreeder
Don't know, when I get out there I will take some pics, I don't really want either of these species but will be good for a day out.
Ducksta
I'm pretty sure those 'wild' trimacs have been recorded since prior to 'flowerhorns' hitting our shores. However, that is no indication that they are pure, as we had some beasts of sketchy origin getting around for a long time before deliberate/marketed hybridisation.
