z18turbo Posted July 30, 2015 Author Share Posted July 30, 2015 Hi Peter,Pretty standard;Normal daily dry combination of NLS, Hikari Cichlid Gold and Hikari Cichlid Excell.A couple of times a week frozen brine and spirulina, frozen small fish hand fed to a couple of the predatory haps (Exochromis,Champsochromis, Rostratus)Boiled peas shelled once every couple of weeks prior to no food day.One day a week no food.Cheers,Jarrod Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
