<br>

<br>

Your fish should be fine being fed once a day, in fact they could probably miss a feed every now and then (even the small ones) if this makes things easier.

<br>

As you have said, it will also reduce pollution in the tank, allowing the fish a better chance of survival

<br>

<br>

I'd leave the 6ft until you come home if you want to play it safe, otherwise you're running the risk of something going wrong in a new tank while you are not there.

<br>

<br>

With your filters, I'd clean them all now to give them time to become fully stable again before you go, and do a water change the day before you go.

<br>

<br>

Where are you going? Somewhere nice?

<br>

<br>

my 6ft will be a display when i get back and so i will be using some males for that.
