Alan
Hi Red, You don't say how big or how old your fish is. In my experience it is very difficult to be posative about the sex of peppermints till they are a fair size and age. I had what I thought was 8 females, 2years old and around the 8 - 10 cm mark. I intoduced a large male and two of them put on a spurt of growth and grew whiskers. Check this link, Vincent has put a good pic of a typical female. http://p204.ezboard.com/fperthcichlidsocie...picID=419.topic Alan
