Brez
I'm having a few settling in issues with myn , I bought a trio of 1m and 2 f and tried to add a 4th to my 200 gal tank . I was thinking / hoping it was female but now I'm not so sure . Is Anyone skilled enough to have be able to sex it from a pic . The subdominant fish is in the first two pics , dominant female then dominant male . If it's male I don't know whether to spilt my 4 into two pairs or try and offload it but It just isn't looking as good as it could . even in the big tank it's getting roughed up despite plenty of places to escape to
brucem
It's hard to tell from the pics. Altos aren't too hard to vent sex so you could confirm that way. Behaviour of your Dom male may also be a give away if he is aggressive towards the new fish
Brez
The dominant male and female are only aggressive towards the new fish . Next water change I guess I'll pull everything out and vent it
