They all look great except for one which has a lesion on its head (wasnt there last week when i left). Is this hole in the head or something else? I just tested the water and results look good: Ammonia: 0.0 Nitrite: 0.0 Nitrate: 40ppm Ph: 7.9 Temp: 27 deg I change water weekly (40%) and am due to change again today.
