rosco
Hi JOhn, all is travelling well for me but unfortunately progress on my room is slow ATM. I have started plumbing my double 3x18x18 rack, setup 2 4x18's (because they are air driven) but that is it ATM. The room is an absolute disaster zone ATM with all my construction bits and pieces jammed anywhere there is space. here are some updated photos: the double 4x18x18 rack the double 3x18x18 to the carport door the double 3x18x18 to side doorway One of the 4x18x18 fry growout tanks with a side drop one of the residents of my fishroom a P similis that I picked up from the NSWCS breeding program cheers

rosco
Hi all it has been some time since I added to this but I have done nothing for so long. I have almost finished after agreeing exactly 3 years to buy another guy out. This began the neverending story that has been my fishroom extension. It still isn't complete but pretty darn close.here are some picciesmy 4x1 tank rack that I use for fry, quarantine and grow out. Above this rack I plan to R/C air unit when I get the cash. Double 4x18 rack I just finished:My double 3x18x18 rackMy original 6x2x18 racksmy little CRS shrimp tank ( I was given it as a joke for my 40th and dared to breed something and I did one of the occupants of the new racksThe last rack to go.. I need to drill 2 2x18x18 tanks and finish the sumpI am going to build a small shrimp rack because I canThat is about it. I do have a double 4x18 rack in the middle ofthe room that are filtered using side drops and they are my main grow out tanks. They do a great job as well mind you.Now it is just boring maintenance, time to extend again LOL.cheers

rosco
Thanks guys. It has taken so long because I wanted to get the good gear and I am pretty time poor with work and family activities. My final stumbling block was the water pumps for teh large systems. I ended up getting 2 l7500 aguna pumps from Ben at top noti\ch prices so I swooped on it when my tax cheque came in. Now I just have buy small stuff and get one 7500 spare pump and I can cover 4 of the large systems if I lose one.Looking forward to catching up with ya Ged if you get a chance next week. I am going start shopping around for the beer fridge LOL.cheersrosco
