ViS
I've googled it and haven't come up with a free program to allow viewing RAW files as thumbnails. There are plenty for vista 32 bit and XP, but none for Vista 64. Anyone have one or know where to get one? Cheers.
Ged
Have you had a look at FastStone Image Viewer? http://www.faststone.org/FSViewerDetail.htm
ViS
Legend Ged! Works like a charm! Not exactly what I wanted, as it would have been convenient to simply see them as thumbnails in windows explorer, but this is still much easier then opening each file just to see which picture it is
Ged
The problems is that most camera manufacturers have not released a codec that is compatible with Vista 64. Dark Morelia
I use an app called dpMagic Community Edition, works perfectly to display thumbnails of RAWs in windows explorer. I have no idea if it works in 64, as it doesnt even appear to be on their site any more, only the payware version is there now http://www.dpmagic.com/products.html My favourite general image viewer is XnView which has RAW support built in
