Dose anybody know how to remove the refletion part of the mirror. cheers adam
huzzy
Usualy a sharp (new) blade will get it. If you having trouble try something to break down the glue like acetone (nail polish remover) or metho. Cheers

Colfish
i've even tried paint stripper on a mirror with a copper backing, i gave up in the end. it was only to make my sumps, so it didn't really matter
Ged
Have you considered making or buying a background that can then be placed on the inside of the tank?

poncho
I found the paint stripper didn't help at all and scraping with a blade would take a year and a day. The best way I've found is using wet/dry emery paper and a heap of elbowgrease.
